2013 Holger G. W. Peise graduated as a
Specialist Lawyer in Trade Law and Company / Corporate Law.
Since 2004, after a consistent ten-year career
as a counselling and forensically performing independent Corporate Lawyer
in medium-sized and large interdisciplinary firms (Attorneys,
Accountants, CPAs), Holger G. W. Peise, Lawyer under German Law, operates
a new and expanding Corporate Law Firm in Nuernberg
/ Germany set up for international and German business clients.
2003 Holger G. W. Peise co-founded the Nuernberg Legal English Group, having already started
and promoted Toastmasters Nuernberg as a
Founder Member and Charter Member since 2002, the local unit of this
worldwide English speaking Debating Club at Deutsch-Amerikanisches
Institut (German American Institute), Nuernberg.
2001 Holger G. W. Peise joined Schaffer
& Partner (CPAs, Tax Accountants, Attorneys, 60 staff) in Nuernberg (Germany). After 1 year, he was accepted as
a Partner and assumed the post of Head of Legal Department in 2002,
servicing with sole responsibility and self-dependently demanding and
exigent corporate, company and commercial matters. Main occupation were
extensive international negotiations and contract formations in business
fluent English for international clients from Asia, Australia and Europe.
2000 Holger G. W. Peise graduated as a
Specialist Lawyer in Tax Law.
1996 - 2001 Holger G. W. Peise associated with
a highly specialised Nuernberg
corporate law firm (von Buelow & Kollegen,
15 staff), predominantly executing tax accountants liability matters and
handling the firm s international clientele (origin: Asia, Africa,
Europe).
1995 - 1996 Holger G. W. Peise worked within a
large corporate law firm in India (Menon & Pai,
New Delhi and Cochin-Ernakulam, India, 30
staff) where he laid the foundation stone for his later career as an
international counsellor.
1993 - 1994 Engagements as a free-lancing
associate with a Nuernberg generalist law firm
(Weiss & Jahn, 7 staff) and as an Auditor
Specialist Contract Controller Legal for Deutsche Treuhandanstalt
in Halle/Saale (Germany) through a worldwide acting CPA firm (Roedl & Partner, now 2300 staff).
Until 1993, as an integral part of law school
studies and a 2-year legal clerkship, Holger G. W. Peise majored in
commercial, trade and corporate law as well as in contract law and
completed a two-month internship with an Italian generalist law firm (Avvocato Dr. Veronesi, Milan, Italy, 6 staff).
